We hope you love your new flip flops. If you’re unhappy with the goods for any reason, please email us at email@example.com and we will issue you with a free returns label. We’re happy to offer a refund or exchange on unused items returned within 14 days. If the item is faulty we’re happy to offer a refund or exchange where available.
We will refund the product cost, we are unable to refund postage fees.
International returns are not currently available.
Our policy lasts 14 days (unless the product is faulty). If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require your order number or receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.

Please note it can take 7 – 10 days for returns to be recieved by our team. If you have not had your refund/exchange after 10 working days, please contact the team
We do not accept returns for rubbing or discomfort if the product is not in a re-saleable condition unless caused by a fault in the manufacturing.
